Terms of use

Your account is yours alone, and you are responsible for your password and for what happens from your account. You must be 18 or older. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, and deletion is permanent.

Content you upload stays yours; by uploading it you grant us permission to display it inside Nabd Kingdom. Do not post content that is not yours, content that breaks the law, abusive or misleading material, or a false review of a place you have not visited.

The following are strictly prohibited: nudity and sexual content of any kind; real-world graphic violence or gore; hateful content, or content targeting a person or a group; harassment and threats; any content showing minors in an inappropriate context; the promotion of drugs or controlled substances; and anything that breaks the laws of Saudi Arabia.

We may hide or remove any content that breaks these terms, and suspend an account that does so repeatedly. You can report content or block another member at any time from inside the app.

A visit is recorded by scanning the QR code inside the venue itself. Do not record a visit to a place you are not in, and do not manipulate ratings — neither raising your own shop's nor lowering anyone else's. Any rating found to be dishonest is removed.

A shop account is opened after a human reviews your request. You are responsible for the accuracy of your shop's details, photos and offers, and for honouring any offer you publish.

Your shop page, the visit QR, the follow QR and your score are free, with no time limit. The only thing charged for is delivering your post's notification to your followers, and the advertising slot on the home screen. The first month is unlimited sending.

There is no payment inside the app: subscriptions are arranged and recorded by the Nabd team, and the published prices are before VAT. If you stop paying, your page, your QR code and your score keep working — what stops is notifications reaching your followers.

The advertising slot on the home screen is labelled «إعلان», and its content comes from the merchant. Payment buys the slot only; it does not change search ranking or ratings.

Information about shops, places and events comes from their owners and from public sources. We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it — check times and prices with the venue before you go. The service is provided as is, and may be interrupted for maintenance.

If these terms change we update this page and change the last-updated date. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
