Privacy policy

Your account — Your email, name, handle and password. The password is stored hashed — we cannot read it, and nobody here can.

Your city, age range and interests — What you choose during sign-up. We use it to show your city's content and what matches your interests.

Your location — Only if you allow it. It is sent to the server to order “nearest to you” and to compute distances, and kept on your device so we do not ask every time. It is never shown to another user. You can turn it off in the app settings or in your browser at any time.

Notifications — If you enable them, we store the push endpoint your browser or device issues, in order to deliver the alert. That endpoint is created by your browser, and delivery passes through its own push service.

Your visits — Scanning a venue's QR code inside a shop or an event records that you visited and when. This is the basis of the “verified visit”, and it is what makes the ratings honest.

What you publish — Your posts, photos, videos, comments and ratings, and your messages inside plan groups.

Technical data — Your IP address and app requests, used to limit abuse and to operate the service.

If you are a merchant — Your application details — name, email, mobile and shop information, plus your account manager's details if you provide them.

We collect no banking data whatsoever. There is no payment gateway in the app; subscriptions are recorded manually by our team.

You — Everything in your account.

Other visitors — Your name, handle and picture, and whatever you publish publicly — ratings, comments and photos on shop, place and event pages. You can hide your following list, your followers and your activity from Settings.

A merchant you follow — That you are one of their followers, your name and handle, whether you recorded a visit, and your rating of them. This is a core part of the service we provide them. If you set your activity to private, they see no interaction details.

The Nabd team — Whatever is needed for review, support and operating the service. Nobody has access to passwords.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or give it to advertisers. Advertising here is an image slot on the home screen; the advertiser sees how many people saw it and how many tapped it, and nothing about you.

You can report any post, comment, rating, photo, message or person, and you can block any user — their content disappears for you and any follow between you is removed. A block is never disclosed to the other person. Published content, including plan-group messages, also passes through an abusive-content check.

Google Maps and Places — We source shop and place details and their public ratings, and render maps.

Your browser's push service — Notification delivery passes through it if you enable notifications.

A Google AI service — We use it to scan publicly published content — posts, comments and ratings — for abusive material. We do not send it your account.

The server running the app is with a hosting provider, and your data is stored on it.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account deletes your profile, saves, visits, ratings, photos, posts and follows — along with your shop page if you are a merchant, and the plan groups you created together with their messages. Image files are removed from the server too. Limited operational logs may persist briefly for security reasons and are then deleted.

You can edit your details, hide your lists and activity, turn off notifications and location, and delete your account permanently — all from inside the app under Settings. Account deletion is irreversible.

Nabd Kingdom is intended for people aged 18 and over. It is not designed for children and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that an account belongs to a child, we delete it.

If something material changes in what we collect or how we use it, we update this page and change the last-updated date above.
